EUWIN – a network set up and funded at the initiative of the European Commission for the growth of business and industry to improve the performance and quality of work of organisations. Kazimieras Simonavičius University coordinated the activities of the EUWIN initiative in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland. 

Project period 2012 – 2016


  • Promote the benefits and advantages of innovative jobs and working conditions.  
  • Organise regional seminars on innovations in the labour market and publicise information in the media.  
  • To provide information to managers and employee representatives on the topic of creating innovative jobs and disseminate this information through the media.  
  • Mediate and provide information to practitioners, social partners, policy makers and anyone interested.
