Planned period of project implementation 2020 – 2021

The aim of the project is to commercialise the employee selection and competence management tool SkillTake developed by Kazimieras Simonavičius University. SkillTake is a unique recommendation tool based on learning algorithms that effectively identifies and assesses the abilities of potential employees and automatically matches them to the needs of employers. SkillTake solves the problems of employers and employees, saves time and selects the best employees for the offered position. For potential employees, SkillTake selects the right employers and identifies the missing skills needed for the desired position. The project includes testing the SkillTake final prototype (beta) and gathering the first user ratings to prepare for the launch of the product. 

The project is financed by the European Union Structural Funds.
