Specific Requirements for the Position:
Education:
A university degree (at least a bachelor’s degree) or equivalent higher education qualification (could be ongoing).
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Professional Experience:
Work experience in finance, economics, statistics, sociology, information technology, auditing, or control.
Foreign Language Requirements:
English (at least B1 level).
Knowledge and Skills:
Familiarity with the legal acts regulating the activities of the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (VTAT).
Understanding of statistics and data presentation principles.

Job Duties:
- Organizes the collection and timely receipt of statistical and other data related to VTAT activities from other institutions.
- Analyzes the quality of the received data using mathematical and statistical methods, confirms and refines the suitability of statistical data.
- Processes information related to public sector monitoring and/or analysis.
- Conducts monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of statistical indicators.
- Performs calculations and forecasting.
- Prepares data analyses and reports required for VTAT activities.
- Provides data analysis-based proposals for improving legislation and VTAT activities.
- Promotes best practices, prepares presentations, training materials, and conducts training for other institution employees.
- Provides consultations to other institution employees according to their competence.
- Performs other tasks assigned by the head of the institution.
