André Oksas is an seasoned professional whose impressive career spans a variety of roles and industries. His professional journey began in November 1994 at Softing AG in Munich in the automation and control technology division. There, he held various positions, including software developer, project and product manager, and later as head of a business group. André represented Softing AG on international committees for the standardization of programmable logic controller programming and gave technical presentations at global events, demonstrating his leadership skills and technical expertise.

In April 2003, André took over as Head of Automotive and Embedded Solutions at TietoEnator Deutschland GmbH, where he was responsible for sales of €13 million and six departments with over 120 employees as Director Automotive from January 2007.

Following this impressive career, André founded Valyue Consulting GmbH in Munich and served as Managing Director from February 2008 until the end of 2019. He played a key role in growing the business with dependent offices in Stuttgart and the Lake Constance region, focusing on strategic growth in the automotive, embedded solutions and quality assurance sectors.
