Lars Clausen is a multifaceted professional with a wide range of affiliations and accomplishments. He currently serves on the leadership team at the Next Society Institute at Kazimieras Simonavičius University, starting in 2020. In addition, Lars has taken on the role of project manager at UCL University College in Denmark since 2021. Concurrently, he is pursuing a doctoral degree at Europa-Universität Flensburg in Germany.
Prior to his current positions, Lars held various roles, including educational consultant at UCL University College from 2014 to 2021 and lecturer at the Department of Teacher Education at UCSyd from 2011 to 2013. He also worked as an advisor for the Municipality of Kolding from 2012 to 2016 and served as a teacher in Kolding Municipality from 2010 to 2015. Lars was involved in co-founding and teaching at Mentiqa-Østjylland, a private school for highly gifted children, from 2007 to 2009. He also served as an external lecturer, offering courses in philosophy at VUCSyd, a secondary education institute, from 2009 to 2010. Lars Clausen’s academic background includes earning an MA (Ed) in Sociology from Aarhus University in Denmark in 2010 and a BA (Ed) with a license to teach K–10 in Denmark in 2007.
