In collaboration with local and international businesses, we have developed study programmes, which prepare students for career success in their chosen fields of study. The University promotes three qualities that are vital for a young person to succeed.
Entrepreneurship. The study programmes at KSU place a strong emphasis on fostering entrepreneurial values and skills. The University supports student’s start-up ideas and encourages them to create new businesses.
Innovation. Lecturers at KSU use innovative teaching methods. Students are encouraged to use the latest modern technologies during studies and project work.
Creativity. Opportunities abound for creativity and self-expression in all KSU programmes: in all the study programmes students are taught to integrate scientific knowledge, technological innovation and art. The University also supports students’ participation in entrepreneurial contest and projects, engages social partners in the study process, providing opportunities for students to solve real-life problems.
Small study groups ensure that every student gets personalized attention. First-year students could get personal mentors and tutors. Students throughout the studies have regular consultations on their career prospects and they can enroll in the Career Path programme, which helps them master practical and personalized skills and prepare themselves for a career path.
The University has student exchange agreements with over 100 universities all over the world. KSU offers multiple opportunities for students and academics to participate in foreign professional trainings and educational projects. Each semester there are compulsory and optional courses, which are taught by foreign academics from all over the world.
