Kazimieras Simonavičius University is a growing private university, recognised not only in Lithuania, but also abroad. In view of the growing needs in the market and in order to attract more new students, a decision was made to implement a study management system at the University. Automating key study processes and digitising University data saves time and reduces the likelihood of delays and errors. The new advanced study management system increases the efficiency of study-related processes and the quality of results. The implementation of the project started with the increase of the University’s innovation and helps the institution to remain competitive by quickly adapting to changes in the market. The results created during the project will be used for a long time.
