The programme of Master studies of Organizational Innovation and Management is designed for all individuals interested in project development and management, innovation management, human resources management, leadership, integrated marketing communications, as well as for those who are interested in corporate activities and want to improve their competencies and management processes in their workplaces.
I hope that the programme provides extremely valuable knowledge and skills to individuals seeking to find creative and innovative solutions in their work. Thanks to the studies – new contacts have emerged from the University community, who can always call and / or write and thus continue to communicate and collaborate to create higher value for customers. The studies have led to contacts and acquaintances with friends of the group, which continue to this day. In operational terms, it is studies for everyone: managers or professionals in the public, business and non-profit sectors. The studies are intended for both young people studying immediately after the bachelor’s degree and older people returning to studies with some professional experience. This difference in generations and working positions creates a space for wonderful synergies in both contacts and communication, as well as further personal communication and collaboration.
